Foundation developing a talent pipeline of “future ready” teen girls prepared for future world of work
Mrs Jennifer Yu Cheng, Group President and Deputy Vice Chairwoman of CTF Education Group Group and Founder of Jennifer Yu Cheng Girls Impact Foundation (“JYCGIF”), shared her vision of the Foundation of closing an existing gender gap in both leadership and STEM fields in Hong Kong by building a strong talent pipeline of teen girls equipped with digital literacies and leadership competencies that will shape our future world with local media.
